Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Arctic Glow Beauty products. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 3 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used: ice rollers, gua sha tools, and any facial or skin-contact beauty tools that have been used. Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case Arctic Glow Beauty will cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at arcticbeautysupply@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 1 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. After that, please wait for delivery and initiate a return.
