Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping times

Domestic (U.S.): 7–15 business days

International: 10–25 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or delayed packages
